I actually thought it was too much because it is hard to keep up with. Also the fact that your articles are in depth and they offer sooooo much good advice, that I think people need time to really think about it in order to really incorporate it in their lives. However, I do get how this online thing works - the more clicks, the better. But honestly, someone writing 3 blurbs a day, that would annoy me and I think it would have little substance. Yours is the only column I read and the fact that you also attach a video is a BONUS!!
I would be happy with just one article a week to be able to really absorb it and apply it, but I do know that is not feasible. Maybe a different channel altogether because you really are so good at what you do. There must be a paper out in LA willing to pay the big bucks for articles like this :) No?
Anyway, I think you're awesome!

Comment on Best Life 2010 Day 112: I'm a tiger again!

Your articles are often reflections of your extensive knowledge, research, and wisdom. Is there another forum for the high quality of your work? Your messages go far beyond current popular, superficial gossip into the depths of the human psyche. One day, you will find the venue that matches the gourmet fare which you consistently provide!

Comment on Best Life 2010 Day 93: Easter Quake

Dave, a belated happy easter to you. As much as I dislike most of his policies and politics, I'm glad to see diplomacy considered as a viable option.

I don't know if Bush(es) were warmongers or if they got that label unfairly, but I do know that the foreign perception of Bush II was not good, and that made the US weak.

Comment on The Nob-Ama Peace Prize

I don't know that he got it for any specific thing.
The Nobel Committee is pretty secretive about it, they don't even release the list of nominees for 50 years after the Prize is awarded.

So a group of people decided the work he'd done prior to becoming President made him the top peace maker on earth.

I suppose he DID unite the majority of the planet during the campaign in the hope that things could get better, and that is worthy of recognition. Of course, he gets to be President and there is no higher recognition than that!
Comment on The Nob-Ama Peace Prize

I never heard what exactly he got it for. Was it something specific? I'm not against him getting one, but just handing them out willy nilly cheapens the award.

Comment on What's Wrong With This Country, and How To Fix It.

 That's
an excellent point.

 You're
absolutely right that an Organic farmer with limited land available
for use may be forced to charge, say, 25 cents per unit, where as one
of the food super conglomerates may be able to charge .05 cents per
unit. When faced with paying 5 times more on a limited budget, it
may well seem like your hands are tied.

 But
they are not.

Try
shopping at Farmer's Markets or small neighborhood (non-chain)
grocery stores. If that's not possible in your area, choose one
product or company to boycott to the best of your ability. For
instance, if you buy only organic bananas, or only buy coffee from a
company that doesn't clear cut amazon rain forest, the economic
impact on you should be relatively small, but if enough people follow
suit the companies would feel it in a BIG way.

It's
difficult to balance the need for long term change and leaving our
family a functioning, sustainable world with the immediate needs of
survival, but it CAN be done.

Thanks
for getting involved, I look forward to hearing more from you!
